The Technosearch Rotary Engine
For many years, the changes to internal combustion engines driven by competition, lowering manufacturing costs, consumer requirements, governmental regulation and environmental pressures have been incremental.
Technosearch considers its rotary engine represents a technological step change over the most advanced combustion engines of today.
Its wide revolutions range of 500 to 16,000, with low end torque availability, suit it to a wide range of applications.
Tubeveyor
Technosearch’s innovative Tubeveyor conveyor system can not only carry materials horizontally, but also vertically - or even around bends.
This is achieved by marrying the laws of physics with the company’s patented conveyor belting system.
As well as its versatility in moving materials at any angle, Tubeveyor is wholly scalable from hand powered for short lifts to large, industrial applications.
Its patented tubular belting enclosing transported materials cuts materials losses and environmental effects.
Ocean Thermal Conversion of Energy, OTEC
The principle of OTEC - generating nil greenhouse gases electricity by using differences in temperature between layers of sea water - is well proven. Hundreds of millions of dollars are being invested internationally to realise its potential.
Successful small pilot plants have been built and connected by submarine cables to power grids over several decades, but they have been plagued with structural and technical difficulties.
Technosearch, believes approaches to date are far too complex and expensive.
It has patented what it considers are means of supplying from close to the surface required cooler water, removing the need to suspend expensive 1 km deep pipe systems which are exposed to damage or loss from either current action or extreme surface waves.

Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC)
Various designs of IBC for liquids, dry products or security.
Supercon
A universal, collapsible Intermediate Bulk Container designed to handle low to very high viscosity liquids and solids without using spring or pneumatic tilters or centralisers or other bulky handling equipment.
Collapsible containers
1000 to 1200 litres capacity with four-way entry base, sight glass, various types of front panels or doors, sliding or hinged lids and many other features.
Universal Load Device
ULD 3 suitable for use on passenger and freight aircraft. Various versions.
Container Inverter
After fitting an IBC container with a special conical outlet top and after inverting the assembly, it makes it possible to empty dry or liquid products anywhere without the need for any additional equipment.
Disposable Liquid Valve
A simple and inexpensive leak proof liquid valve to be used with the plastic liquids bags used in Intermediate Bulk Containers.
Dried fruit handling machine
This device enables handling of dried or sticky fruit and vegetables (such as sultanas and sun dried tomatoes) in bulk in IBC containers. It will empty the fruit from the containers and separate it into individual pieces ready for packaging.
Escalator trolley – shopping or airport
Loaded or unloaded, these shopping or airport trolleys can travel safely up any existing escalator.
Pallet dispenser
Pallets can be dispensed one at a time from this device using only a pallet truck, removing the need for electrical or compressed air connection.
Rolling Cage
A nestable, mobile unit for transporting goods from warehousing areas to the floors of stores or supermarkets.
Stretch Pack
A new means of securing a pallet load of goods, and at the same protecting it from pilfering and most environmental conditions, without using heat (as in shrink wrapping) or any other additional equipment.

Single use syringe
The design of this syringe makes it impossible for it to be used more than once, reducing the transfer of disease by sharing or re-using syringes.
Surgical wound drainer
A simple device that uses steady vacuum to remove unwanted fluids, such as blood, after surgery.
Blood and other fluids sampling device
Applying the same principle of using a steady vacuum, this device allows controlled extraction of blood or other fluids in hospital, pathology laboratory and other environments.
Medical flow control
This simple device permits adjustment of flow of liquid during intravenous feeding or delivering medication.
Peritoneal dialysis
A simple, portable device that enables dialysis without the requirement for the patient to travel for hospital stays for the alternative hemodialysis.
ENERGY & WATER
Water desalination
This desalination process, of simple design, is extremely energy efficient, requiring minimal external energy inputs after it is started.
Grey water treatment
Using the same principles of the desalination process, unit sizes ranging large industrial to domestic with similar high levels of energy efficiency, can produce bacteria free industrial or domestic water supplies from grey water.
Energy recovery in reverse osmosis
Recovery and reuse of up to 90 per cent of energy needed during reverse osmosis, making the desalination of seawater both more economical and environmentally acceptable. Also applicable to waste water treatment and other industrial processes that use reverse osmosis.
Sparkless electrical switch
A simple electrical switch that operates the on and off modes without creating a spark, allowing safe use in any environment.
Wireless lighting
Allows lights to be used in domestic and larger scale applications without the use of connecting cables. Applications can include gardens, driveways, roads and sporting fields.
GENERAL
Vertical Garden
This Australian Design Award winner allows growing of flowers and vegetables in places where space is restricted.
Vertically arranged beds can be fixed to walls, or a freestanding variant is available. This vertical garden is also ideal for people with more limited abilities who wish continue their passion for growing things.
Improved venetian blinds
This is a simple modification to existing venetian blinds. It allows them to be operated in the normal manner, but also separate operation of the top and bottom halves, delivering flexibility for privacy, air flow, shading or directed sunlight.
