Assembly

Multicon™ Intermediate Bulk Containers can be assembled ready to use in approximately 30 seconds by one person for liquid or dry goods.

Filling

Plastic Liner Bag is installed inside Multicon™ Intermediate Bulk Containers for liquid or dry goods. Drop door provides easy access to position the bag and outlet. Ancillary equipment available to assist filling operation.

Transport

When Intermediate Bulk Containers are filled they can be stacked 5 high or transported max. 2 high to point of use. All Multicon™ Intermediate Bulk Containers are lockable for security and product integrity.

Point of Use

Discharge of product is simple through Liner Bag Outlet. Multicon™ Liquid Intermediate Bulk Containers have in-built sumps for total discharge. Dry products are dispensed by various methods - dry gate, IBC rotation, suction.

Additional ancillary equipment available to assist product discharge i.e. tilters, bag extractors

Folding / Collapsing

Emplty Multicon™ Intermediate Bulk Containers can be collapsed easily within 30 seconds and stacked 10 high for storage.

Return Transport

Multicon™ Intermediate Bulk Containers can be stacked 6 high and transported back to point of origin givinf 66% truck space saving.

Re-usable and Durable
